What the Birthday Girl Loves
For inspiration...
- Rich, creamy, buttery cheeses (bloomy or washed-rind styles)
- Nutty, caramelized aged cheeses (crystals are a big plus!)
- Blues that are creamy and balanced, but she's not afraid of bold
- Sheep's milk or high-quality chevre with complexity
She's generally less excited by very mild cheeses or novelty flavors, but she's adventurous and open to surprises! Honestly, Megan just loves cheese and can't remember the last time she met one she didn't like — so you really can't go wrong.
